About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Titan Protective. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you have questions, contact us at https://titanprotective.co/contact.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
• Product images are for illustration. Apparel colors can look slightly different on screen.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Apparel is printed to order by our fulfilment partner and may ship separately from other items. Please check that your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

Returns and problems with your order

• Treatments: for safety and quality reasons, opened or used bottles can't be returned. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery; contact us first for instructions.
• Apparel: items are made to order, so they can't be returned for a change of mind or wrong size. We will replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted or defective.
• If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us at https://titanprotective.co/contact as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Using our products

• Read and follow the directions on the label. Test on a small, hidden area first, especially on coated, tinted or specialty lenses, screens and visors.
• Results depend on the surface, how the product is applied and the conditions. Treatments wear over time and need to be reapplied.
• Our treatments help with visibility but do not replace proper safety eyewear, equipment maintenance or caution. Never rely on them as your only safeguard when driving, boating, working or riding in hazardous conditions.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and do not swallow. See the label for first aid information.

Accounts and rewards

• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Rewards points are earned on qualifying orders and can be used as a discount at checkout when you are signed in.
• Rewards points have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may be changed, expire or be withdrawn. Points from cancelled or refunded orders may be removed.

The Titan Protective name, logos, product designs, photos and text on this website belong to Titan Protective unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in these terms, our products and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Titan Protective is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Titan Protective is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
